During the “Bike Boom” of 2020 and 2021, Diamond completed multiple acquisitions for Trek Bike. The brand new store in a new and never occupied space in Silverdale, WA required extensive work in a shopping center space: New electrical, plumbing and HVAC throughout, new framing/drywall, new restrooms with showers and breakroom area, and all new floor and wall finishes.
