Tecovas needed a general contractor who could complete a remodel within a tight schedule, according to their high standards. Diamond worked closely with the Tecovas internal design and construction team to turn over the remodel project on schedule and in budget, while adhering to unique design and construction standards that they carry throughout their stores nationwide. The goal of the project was to remodel an existing retail space, turning it into a brand new Tecovas store in Leawood, KS.

Work in this space included: new flooring, framing & drywall, fresh paint, ceilings, plastering, custom millwork, back of house shelving, HVAC, electrical and plumbing throughout, and custom trim & carpentry. The final product included brand new dressing rooms and restrooms, fresh front of house retail space and up-to-date back of house storage and manager’s office.
