Diamond Contractors was approached by a local entrepreneur to collaborate on a design build project for her new real estate business. Once she had acquired a space in Independence, she needed a general contractor that could work within her budget and deliver on her ideas for a dream office.

This project began by working closely with our trusted design and engineering teams, swiftly obtaining permits to begin working with the client’s required vendors and subcontractors. Diamond’s teams worked extensively to prepare for this complete remodel of the existing free-standing building, one that had sat vacant for years. The space was re-designed to be partitioned into two new, separate suites – finishing one side to the clients specifications, and white-boxing the other for a future tenant.

Exterior improvements included: new asphalt & striping, signage, painting, and trim. The interior remodel began with structural work, and continued with updated electrical & plumbing, framing & drywall, doors & frames, new flooring, and fresh paint. The completed space consisted of a brand new breakroom, conference room, lobby, and multiple new offices.
