Diamond Contractors completed a full renovation of the interior and exterior of the existing building for Lead Bank in Lees Summit. When they first approached Diamond, they had a café in their office and were renting out portions of their building to tenants. Experiencing growing pains, they instead needed more space for their own employees.

Diamond worked to perform demo on four existing suites, including the existing café, and added a new conference area in addition to multiple new employee office spaces.

Services performed on this project included: electrical & plumbing work, specialty wood flooring, new doors & frames, glass & glazing, trim & carpentry, fresh paint and masonry. We also updated the breakroom and teller areas. On the exterior of the building, Diamond worked on roofing, architectural siding, landscaping, site work, asphalt & striping, paving, curbs, electrical and signage.
