Habitat for Humanity approached Diamond Contractors for their upcoming major remodel. They had plans to turn a new space into their new corporate headquarters. The existing building was built in the 1930s as a school building, which needed a complete remodel of both the interior and the exterior. With no updates made to the space since the 1930’s, it was in extreme disrepair. Diamond worked diligently to bring new life to the space, while respecting the historical significance of the building.

The complete interior remodel included:

• Concrete Polishing
• Structural Repairs
• Plastering
• Custom trim and carpentry
• Custom millwork

The final product included a brand-new commercial kitchen with equipment, restrooms, office spaces, conference room, museum space, and basement.
