Diamond Contractors served as the general contractor for the complete interior remodel of a 62,700 square-foot Dillons supermarket in Wichita, KS. Diamond coordinated and managed all aspects of this store remodel including selective demolition, concrete, structural steel, misc. metals, carpentry, roof repair, joint sealants, doors and hardware, VCT, epoxy flooring, carpet, acoustical ceiling cleaning and replacement, painting, décor upgrades, fire protection, HVAC, plumbing and electrical. During construction, the store continued normal operations uninterrupted. We worked closely with store personnel and the construction teams to minimize inconvenience to the store’s customers.

The entire store was remodeled in four phases that ranged from 4 to 8 weeks each. Diamond created and managed the construction schedule and sequence of events to facilitate the timely completion of the project and minimize the store operations
