Lori Perry is the sole owner of Diamond Contractors, Inc. She began her construction company in 1994 out of a small upstairs bedroom in her home while raising her family.

Coming from a background of hard work and a strong appreciation for personal integrity, Lori has built a construction company on those very same principles. She leads with the philosophy of “Excellence from the ground up,” and believes that beginning strong helps you finish even stronger. That is why she insists that excellence and precision define each step of Diamond’s construction process, from the beginning of each project, all the way through to its completion.

It is that motivated approach that has gained Diamond Contractors its dependable reputation among its client base, including multiple national retailers.

They know Diamond produces outstanding finished projects that reflect meticulous attention to detail. That approach has maintained Diamond’s long-standing relationships with each of their clients.

Helping Lori fulfill her vision for Diamond Contractors is her family, who share her vision and work ethic. Her three children and their spouses have been an integral part of establishing and growing Diamond Contractors, which currently operates in 44 states.

Family is Lori’s number one priority. Her children and five grandchildren all live locally in the Independence, MO., area. She prioritizes spending time working, playing, and traveling with all of them. Together, they make Diamond a true family business.

Although Diamond has now grown to include more than 50 employees, it still maintains the same close-knit, family atmosphere that has become its signature strength.
