Licensed and insured in 47 states, we are bonded and WBE (Woman Owned Business Enterprise) certified. We work hard to build a solid rapport with our clients and subcontractors across the country. Our story
Lori Perry is the sole owner of Diamond Contractors, Inc. She began her construction company in 1994 out of a small upstairs bedroom in her home while raising her family.
Coming from a background of hard work and a strong appreciation for personal integrity, Lori has built a construction company on those very same principles. She leads with the philosophy of “Excellence from the ground up,” and believes that beginning strong helps you finish even stronger. That is why she insists that excellence and precision define each step of Diamond’s construction process, from the beginning of each project, all the way through to its completion.
This motivated approach has earned Diamond Contractors its dependable reputation among its client base, including multiple national retailers. They know Diamond is recognized for producing impressive projects with a sharp focus on detail, helping to sustain their long-term client relationships.

Founder & CEO
Helping Lori fulfill her vision for Diamond Contractors is her family, who shares the same dedication and work ethic. Her three children and their spouses have been an integral part of establishing and growing Diamond Contractors, which currently operates in 47 states.
Family is Lori’s number one priority. All her children live in the Lee's Summit area, so she prioritizes spending time, working, and traveling with them. Together, they make Diamond a true family business.
Although Diamond has now grown to include more than 50 employees, they still maintain the same close-knit, family atmosphere that has become their signature strength.
